I loved this place and I don't think sandwiches can be gourmet... ever... Sorry, I just don't :-) Anyhow, as you may have caught the hint, I also am not a sandwich kinda lady. I prefer meals. However, it was lunch by the beach and the boyfriend wanted a sandwich. Why not? Pleasantly surprised, I loved my sandwich. I got a # 12. Turkey breast with avocado and other veggies, pretty yummy! Loved the bread, too. The boyfriend got a #5 and it had -I think- Salami, cheese and other veggies. Yummy, too! Overall, this place is great. Service is great and they're all pretty friendly.

Best veggie sandwich I have had. It is more than a pile of lettuce and tomatoes - cheese, guac, cukes, sprouts. Really good and filling, and bread is good too. Complaint: the music is REALLY LOUD. There is no way I could stay in and eat: I get my order and get out ASAP. The drink station is awkward - no trash can for straw wrapper, no napkins, and no place to set drink/food nearby.

I'm a fan of Jimmy John's, but my experience at this location was average at best. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took 5+ minutes for the staff to finish their conversation with one another and take our order. The food was good but not great. Jimmy John's has great sandwiches - so I hope it was just a sub par night for this location .

Coming from NY it is hard to find a decent deli sandwich down here. Jimmy Johns is a breath of fresh air with a soft French bread and melt in your mouth cold cuts. We ate in once and was greeted by a very friendly staff! Food was quick and tasty. It was so good we had delivery the next day, which was quick and still high quality. We may even eat there 3 days in a row....

Jimmy John's is a good sandwich shop and is perfect for lunch. They are notable for the crazy speed with which they prepare sandwiches. As I always get mine on wheat, I have to say that very quickly or someone has already started making it with the standard white bread hoagie roll. I also like that their sandwiches have a standard composition. I always get the vegetarian combo and unlike Subway, I don't have to stand there answering questions for the next 5 minutes after I order. The sandwiches are generally pretty good. Occasionally the speed yields less than stellar craftsmanship. On balance, I'm very happy with the place and I end up eating there at least once a week lately.

Went there on May 2nd a bunch of us ladies were in Myrtle Beach for The Women Of Joy Conference. Me and a friend came in around dinner time there was nobody there, The young man who was behind the counter was a just a few mins away from ending his shift. He was fast and very welcoming the roast beef sandwich I had was ok nothing really that great, but the young man gave me a free pickle when I told him it was my first time ever visiting a Jimmy Johns, that was nice of him.

I love Jimmy John's, but I really dislike this location. I came in and order two subs, no special order or changes to the standard sub. Yet I got my order after two of the orders placed after mine. I wasn't disappointed until I asked for a bag for my order and it was handed to me. The associate didn't make an attempt to bag it for me or even ask if I wanted it bagged for me. The issue? The orders completed before mine were all bagged. Without the customers having to ask. And one of the customers was obviously known by the associate. I guess they were too busy with their conversation to assist me. I don't appreciate bad service etiquette....

This place is awesome. The sandwiches can't be beat by Subway, especially for how much you actually get inside of the sandwich. I usually go with two sandwiches there...the 14 and 16 (forget both names. One has ham, turkey, and bacon with lettuce and tomato. The other has roast beef, turkey, lettuce, and tomato. For roughly $6/sandwich, this can't be beat. There's close to double the amount of meat on a Jimmy John's sandwich than can be found on a Subway sandwich. The staff here is always respectful and very speedy. Both at the cashier and on the sandwich station. I've never seen more than two workers at a time in this place and there are usually 6-7 of us that go in there to order at once and our sandwiches come out within 4 minutes. It's awesome.
